Can't remember...

I was going to write a post, but I can't remember what I was going to write... Oh yeah! I was going to say: Schools Out!!!!!! I mean school is great, and if someone asked me if I wanted the regular school year as apposed to one day a year, I would say the regular. I know I'm a geek. You don't have to tell me. I need a break from school, though, and a break from my siblings. You know what's scary? I'm going to be in 8th grade next year! I'm freaked out. And after that I go to high school! Eeeeeeeeeeek! Speaking of going places, I'm going to California with my mom, sibs, aunt and cousins. And in 17 days. It's summer though, so I don't know how long it'll take/feel for me. That made sense, right? Whatever. So excited! I feel like squealing, except for the fact that I can't. I can't even scream like a "girl."  Well you know what? I am a girl, and I can't scream super high. Although my brother can. *snicker*, and an evil smile to go with it. But when we get there, I'll see my grandparents and my aunts and uncles and cousins. Not all of them, though. Some if them live in Virginia or Florida. Two of my aunts live close by. (Minnesota and South Dakota)
That reminds me. My aunt just had a baby! We're watching my little cousin who is almost two. She is the most devoted fan of Willa, my sister. She's been with us for 3-to-4 days. And she calls me and my mom "mommy." (My mom says it means tall female who takes care if me. It's still wired.)
I love reading, and I'm reading Hades by Alexandra Adornetto. It's the sequel to Halo. It's sort of strange, but I like it. I just finished The Kane Chronicles by Rick Riordan. Love them! I can't wait for The Mark of Athena to come out (also by Rick). I want to read it, but I'm scared of finding out what happens. Plus, I have to wait another year  for the next one to come out! I respect you Rick, but please hurry! You're awesome! The Mark of Athena is part if the Heroes of Olympus series. You should read Percy Jackson first, though. I read The Lost Hero first. I was super confused. I didn't know that they had any resemblance until I read the name Percy Jackson. I'm not to bright. Anyway, any one who read this blog, please take these into account. I love books, and I have about 5 chapter books from the library. Not sure if I'll read all of them though. ;)
                        Bye!

P.S. Alexandra published her 1st book when she was 14! She lives in Australia, though, so things are a bit different than they are here. Thank you to all you amazing authors! And if you click on the white box next to the Lost Hero, it takes you to Rick's website. It's pretty cool.

Jason has a problem. He doesn’t remember anything before waking up on a school bus holding hands with a girl. Apparently she’s his girlfriend Piper, his best friend is a kid named Leo, and they’re all students in the Wilderness School, a boarding school for “bad kids.” What he did to end up here, Jason has no idea—except that everything seems very wrong.

Piper has a secret. Her father has been missing for three days, and her vivid nightmares reveal that he’s in terrible danger. Now her boyfriend doesn’t recognize her, and when a freak storm and strange creatures attack during a school field trip, she, Jason, and Leo are whisked away to someplace called Camp Half-Blood. What is going on?

Leo has a way with tools. His new cabin at Camp Half-Blood is filled with them. Seriously, the place beats Wilderness School hands down, with its weapons training, monsters, and fine-looking girls. What’s troubling is the curse everyone keeps talking about, and that a camper’s gone missing. Weirdest of all, his bunkmates insist they are all—including Leo—related to a god.
